Hi,
I created a unique Gmail account and was able to add an incoming Mail server and test successfully using the Google workspace app code method in Jira Server.
When I open the configuration for incoming mail server or when I try to build a handler the test connection fails with an authentication failure.
I am not sure why the initial configuration of the incoming mail server is successful but any subsequent configurations fail.
