Hi All,

I'm trying to connect Cherwell ver 10.1.0 to Jira Cloud. I've installed v2 of the mApp and followed these instructions closely: https://help.cherwell.com/bundle/csm_mapps_integrations_help_only/page/content/mapps_and_integrations/mapp_tech_notes/jira_mapp.html

Given I'm a bit new to this I was just putting in the base URL of the server to talk to and kept getting the error below. After reviewing more documentation/guides I found out I should of been putting /jira/rest/api/2 on the end of the URL but I keep getting "404" (there is nothing there) errors. I've tried adding /issue onto the URL as well and keep getting the same error.

Could someone please point me in the right direction as to where I'm going wrong?

"summary": "Incident 464803: TESTING- Testing Cherwell talking to JIRA".
"description": "Testing".
"issuetype": {
"name": "Bug"
}
}
}

And Jira replied:
HTTP Error Code 400

@Carl Elphick , hello. Diana from ZigiWave here.

Did you manage to find a solution? Next time, you might take a look at ZigiOps. It's a no-code integration platform that can help you achieve Cherwell Jira integration in a matter of minutes. It allows the transfer of default and custom fields between the systems and syncs them in real-time. The tool reads the schema dynamically and can transfer any fields. Fee free to explore ZigiOps no matter the case, and if you want to see how it works in action: book a technical demo.
