Cannot see the start sprint button, but was there before

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I cannot start the sprint from Mar. 5, the sprint start button was there before and worked well for long time. It just disappeared from yesterday. Please give advice about how to fix the problem. I am the owner of the board and didn't make any changes to the settings.

It could be that someone has already started the sprints and that's why the "start sprint" button is missing.
Could you please check whether the Parallel Sprint is enabled or not?
To activate parallel sprints go to cog > products > jira software configuration. Then enable them:
