We are looking to host our open source project issues in our JIRA account. Our JIRA account is used internally and we have a commercial license.
However, for our open source project issue tracking, it's imperative we have the ability for public users to register, create issues and track issues that are of interest for them (and anonymous issue browsing) for a specific JIRA project.
Is there a way to do this without having to get some crazy expensive user license?
