Balsamiq wireframe updates creating lots of email notifications

I edit Balsamiq wireframes, and I am getting constant email notifications about my own updates. Not helpful and very distracting. 

These are my Jira personal notification settings.

Any ideas on how to stop getting emails about balsamiq updates?
