I tried to log in my CTRAC account in royal caribbean website and yet it always says that my password is incorrect but I am really certain that the password I am using is correct. I attempted to reset my password and it is always failing. So I tried to click the "forgot password" again and had an opportunity to reset my password but still it says that "reset password failed" I asked my employer to help me and he said that the response from their IT department is I need to create a ticket here in atlassian for techinal assistance. Hope you could help me, my job offer letter was sent in this CTRAC account and I need to accept it within 1 day.
We can't help you with Ctrac - I don't think it's even an Atlassian system (and we're certainly not support for it). I suspect you've landed in the wrong place here.
