Adding a user in comment

Hi,

I cannot choose a user to add in my comments

It is not working for me on a MacBook pro

I have checked both safari and chrome

It works well for all of the team

When I am starting to type @Name it add it on blue but does not open the list of users to choose

Hi @Ronen Perets ,

Being able to browse a list of users when you try to @mention them requires you to have the global permission Browse Users. Most likely you are lacking that permission.

If you have admin rights yourself, navigate to Admin > System > Global Permissions and validate if you have the appropriate permissions. If you don't reach out to an Administrator in your organisation to do this for you.
