A crowd user can login to confluence but cannot login to jira with same credentials.
I've checked jira logs and I'm not able to find any information.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
I would appreciate any suggestions.
Please verify they have access to Jira. Admin > user management - find the user and click on view details and see if Jira is toggled on.

Which is what makes this an interesting situation.
Their last successful login was actually this morning
I'm at a loss TBH. If you aren't getting further traction I would suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support directly.
