why do the customer get a blank page when they are trying to get to service desk?

The customer is registered with an email in the system. It worked before, but now its just a blank page and the customer cant get into Jira and report bugs. I have tried to delete and ad the customer again with the same response. Have this happened before?

Hi @Joakim Nåmdal and welcome to the community,

If that issue happens only to ONE customer, then most likely this could be a problem from your customer side and not yours.

  • I would check that the customer is already added as one, on your project.
  • I would cross-check with your customer that he tries to login with the same email as the one you added him
  • I would suggest to your client trying loggin in from a different browser and/or cleared his browser cached
  • Check if another client of your faces the same issue
