The customer is registered with an email in the system. It worked before, but now its just a blank page and the customer cant get into Jira and report bugs. I have tried to delete and ad the customer again with the same response. Have this happened before?

If that issue happens only to ONE customer, then most likely this could be a problem from your customer side and not yours.
