when we created users in Microsoft Entra id ,automatically in jira that user status as not invited and moving the user to local directory in authentication policy and showing in audit log that Atlassian internal system.

Users provisioned via a user directory will not be sent an invitation.

See section Invitations under both Original or Centralized user management.

This is based on adding an amount of users and all of them will then be auto invited, this is not what most admins want on connecting a user directory to use as IDP.

I'm not sure about the user status.

But if the users have not the correct authentication policy, have you linked your identity provider with your verified domain(s)?

This is weird. Have you tried to contact Atlassian support directly? It seems like a bug to me.
