when i reply a user mail . jira is creating another ticket.

pleae help

Hi @Abdul Rahim and welcome to the community,

If you are changing the subject of your email, and removing the issue key from it, then JSM email handler will automatically create a new request. What is the subject of your replying email?

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
