I have an automatization configured exactly like https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/automatically-share-a-ticket-with-all-reporters-organizations-1167719942.html, the call to the API returns data without any problem, but when trying to "update the field" it returns a null, I tried many ways but in none of them I can get it to return a value, such as the body of the answer is empty.

Have you already setup organisations in your JSM project and have customers been added to an organisation or organisations?
This is pre-requisite on using this automation, otherwise if there are no organisations the response will be empty.
What is the audit log output of the rule when ran?
