we are getting something went wrong popup while clicking on apps ( charts and reports )

When we click on apps ( charts and reports ) it gives us error that is "something went wrong"

Kindly provide details like which charts are showing this behaviour, are these related to any add-on?

The error screenshot would be highly recommended to provide appropriate response and guidance on the issue.

This seems to be our App "Charts and Reports for Jira Service Management"
