want to handle End user Portal if any user is going to login as End user then user will have portal

Hi,

I want to handle End user Portal if any user is going to login as End user then user will have portal.

For example if i am login in Jira then i have the access for both the pages which is Portal and normal jira page as mentioned in the below screenshot.

But if some one who is end user then he can be able to login only to Jira portal.

Kindly help me how to configure the same.

Let's get out of the way certain things:

• Customers are the users who can login to portal an raise requests. These users can either be agents (holding a valid JSM license), Jira users (holding a JSW or JWM license) or plain customers.
• Agents are those jira users who have a valid JSM license and have access to the JSM project as service desk team. These users have access to both project and portal

With that said, if you want to add portal-only customers then please read this https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/manage-jira-service-management-customer-accounts/. If not, please clarify who are those users and what are they suppose to do.
