where is / how do i find and configure the URL for the customer service dashboard so I can share it with customers?
@Nick Casey The easiest way to get to the portal for a service management desk is to click channels in the left hand menu of the service management desk and then hover over help center and click open.

Dashboard? There isn't a dashboard exposed to the customer. Do you mean portal?
