url for Customer Service?

where is / how do i find and configure the URL for the customer service dashboard so I can share it with customers?

@Nick Casey The easiest way to get to the portal for a service management desk is to click channels in the left hand menu of the service management desk and then hover over help center and click open.

If you mean customer portal, simply https://xxx.atlassian.net/servicedesk.

Dashboard? There isn't a dashboard exposed to the customer. Do you mean portal?
