Can you please show me how to make space between sentences?
The image is an example from a tool and I want that the user receives such an answer on his email, with such spaces between sentences
But my user gets this email form
Is there a way for the user to get an answer with spaces between sentences as in the first picture?
Best,
Marijana
Hi @Marijana Nikolic welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you sure you have selected the correct category for this post? JSM don't have such editor kind of options.
However, in confluence, when you enter the text, simply give 2 line space between the sentences (by typing enter button twice or thrice as per the your wish).
Other than that, I don't see in Jira tools if their is any other format (similar of Word doc). In this post reply I pressed enter key twice.
Hi, I understand.
Thank you for your reply.
Best regards,
Marijana

Same happens when JIRA automation sends out an email. When a issue is converted into email there is a lot of spacing in description (you don't see that spacing when you copy and paste )

One quick thought to rule out - could it be their email client? Some will automatically drop extraneous spacing when rendering mail (usually, that's done for multiple spaces in html - renderers will take 2 or more spaces to mean 2 spaces max, but some do it for extra line feeds/carriage returns as well)
To test that, send them (yourself) an email which deliberately has many empty lines between sentences, and see how that renders
