Assets Management for Jira: In the control panel I can search by id or "#" but when I implement the service in the tickets my clients only can search by name or other columns but no by di or "#"

Customers don't require a license, so they only have access to the portal and the option to see their own or shared issues to them.
They can only see options based on open or closed by them or by anyone, depending on settings on your portal or shared issues.
Customers can't use JQL backend searching as this requires a license, and would give them access to all related information on issues.
