Hi @daneil song 

The address you provide seems OK. First could you please check if the Confluence is correctly linked to your Jira?

Secondly, navigate to Project Settings > Knowledge Base and ensure that the Knowledge Base is linked to the correct Confluence space. If not, then link to a Confluence space. 

If that's not the case, verify the access to the articles in Confluence.
