Using the free version of Jira Service Manager and looking in user access settings under approved domains I see the one from my company and I also see any-domain.  I didnt add that and I cant seem to remove it.  Any suggestions on how to remove it and the risk associate with it?

Hi @Previously Louis Forte Now Ben Karlin since oct 10,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The Any domain is a default setting and is there so that non-public email domains gain access if you allow that. This cannot be removed, but you can remove what products they can request access to. You can learn more about it in this KB, Control how users get access to products.

TY.  I actually did what is suggested in the link you send.  For each product under Any Domain, I set the role to None and should prevent Any DOmain from product access.
