regla Incidencias Pendientes

¡Buenos días, comunidad! ¡Espero estén bien!!

Quería consultarles si alguien me puede ayudar a crear una nueva regla. La regla consiste en que si una incidencia está en el estado "En Investigación" y no ha sido actualizada en los últimos 3 días, envía una notificación al suportista recordándole que la incidencia necesita atención.
Si alguien me puede dar una mano me sería de mucha ayuda desde ya muchas gracias saludos que tengan un lindo día

Hi Lucas, when you go into Automation, there should be a 'Templates' tab across the top, next to the Audit Log.  If you click on that, you should see an Automation called 'Resolve issues due to inactivity'.  With a little tweaking, this probably will do exactly what you're looking for.  Just change the Status to the one you want, and change the days to -3d instead.  You can also change when it runs.  I've tweaked this one a few times for my needs.
