recommendation Adds On Or Pluggins PDF Sign

Hi,

I need recommendation ,

what adds on or Plugins to Edit PDF so that approver can sign PDF user attach 

so User send attchment and approver directly edit PDF 

when user klick attachments , user can edit this PDF and signature for approval
