Hello, we started to fill in the field called "services concernés" for a few tickets but it disappeared after the weekend. Plus I filled a new time the field ofr a ticket just to see if I could see it in my dashboard but it is not visible event if it stayed in the ticket (I can see the field has kept the information in the ticket). Let me know what should be done to make sure the information stays in the system and is reported in my dashboard. thx

This sounds like your Jira administrator made some changes over the weekend and removed that field, or removed visibility to that field. You may find your solution after talking with him/her.
