Hi team,

I'm a little confused with the next restictions.

When I try to create a new Service in Jira Service Managemenet project I see an error: "We couldn't fetch service owners. Please contact an Opsgenie administrator."

As I understand all users with access to JSM should have access to Opsgenie. But I'm admin of JSM project, I have access to all settings except creating of Services.

Could you promt me why I as jira admin with access to jira service management product can't have permissions to create a service? And which permission I need for it?

Many thanks,

Natalya

@Natalya Ozhigova

As far as I know that even though you are Jira admin associated with JSM product, it doesn't give you the admin right to Opsgenie.  Take a look at the following link -

https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/learn-user-roles-and-permissions/

You may want to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance.
