Hi,

is it possible to show customer requests/tickets, that can be found under "Avatar" -> "Requests", right away on the landing page of the JSM customer portal?

With best regards

Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,

short answer: No, not out of the box in Jira Service Management Cloud.

The standard JSM customer portal landing page cannot natively display the customer’s requests directly on the homepage.

But you can present  the direct link prominently like portal announcementsnset or other default gadgets. The url would be https://your-domain.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/requests

Hi Kai,

thanks for the workaround.

In "create topic" i found the option to "add links to external ressources in xyz" and managed to add a link to the "requests" page. This is not what i was looking for but for now it gets the job done.

Thanks a lot

Sebastian

Hi @Sebastian John

Not this is not possible ootb.

I don't know about any apps that might do this for you. I do know of apps that can extend the options users have under the "Requests"

But for me if this was possible, why as this could give a cluttered view of the page. This is perosanl opinion of course.
