In one of my JSM templates, I have the "multiple users" field present in my Form. When my end users attempt to use this field and create a ticket, the "multiple users" field does not show any values - they type characters, nothing shows up - they pull down on the field, nothing shows up.
It is just a generic Form field "Multiple users" field. I don't know what setting or permissions or thing is disallowing my end users from utilizing this field as I know I can.
Note: All other fields on this Form and Template are available and operate just fine for the end users. And I tested this non-functioning issue is not isolated to one person, it is for all my end users, outside my immediate group.
Can you check the "Customer sharing" option, if this option is disabled your end users might not be able to use the user selection drop-down.
