One of the user in my organization having sporadic problems with Jira when using Chrome. This issue does not happen with Firefox.
Basically, mostly attempting to enter Jira after login, Chrome freezes, or enters an infinite loop that cannot be escaped.
I am having terrible issue with JIRA filters in chrome, cannot access any filters, JQL shows empty, am forced to use edge browser, it works fine on edge but in chrome browser am so blocked
@Bhavani What version of chrome and Jira are you running.
Have you tried disabling all extensions on chrome?
Have you tried incognito mode?
Try generating an HAR when running the filter to see if that can provide info on what is Jira is trying to do.

Same issue here with Chrome up to date. This started happening in spring time for me, and I'm forced to use edge browser instead.

Hi @Vilas Singh Koka welcome to the community. Have you tried reproducing this issue yourself with Chrome? Is Chrome up to date? Does that same user have the issue on another PC? How about Edge?
I've tried reproducing the issue and haven't had any luck. Have you walked through the steps with them? Are there any steps that aren't included here?
