permissions per request in customer portal

Maciej Wojtasiński
December 5, 2022

I'm trying to add a new request to my portal that uses single-choice fields. The problem is that I don't want every customer in my portal to create this request. Is there any way to limit requests visibility in customer portal based on permissions? If not, is there any plugin that offers such feature? I know that I can create a new JSM project with new portal and different permissions but I want to avoid it as creating new customer portal just for one request seems pointless.

Any ideas?

Hi @Maciej Wojtasiński , unfortunately no, there is no way to limit what request types the customer will see. There may be a solution available in the marketplace but I have not seen any such app.
