Hi, can someone guide me how to set a SLA calender? I cant seem to find SLA in my free Jira service Management. Im using the free plan but tomorrow is a holiday, i want to set a Calender, is it possible?
As Mikael mentioned, you can normally manage an SLA calendar from Space settings → Request management → SLAs, using the calendar icon in the upper-right corner.
If you do not see the SLAs section, I would also check whether you have the Jira Service Management agent role and the required role in this service space.
If you later need more flexible SLA calendar management and are open to Marketplace apps, my team develops SLA Time and Report for Jira. In the app, you can create work schedules with working days and hours, time zones, breaks, holidays or other non-working days, and a configurable business day length. Holidays added to the schedule are excluded from SLA calculation.
For teams working across different time zones or shifts, the app also provides a Multiple-scheduler SLA type. It allows SLA time to be calculated according to the work schedule assigned to the responsible user or team.
If you have any questions about setting it up, I’ll be happy to help.
Regards!
