Issue - Internal users were getting intermittent issue while accessing Jira cloud, Its impacting Jira Work management, Jira Software, Jira Service Management & nd Jira Product Discovery.
Resolution provided - Jira engineering team implemented fixes for Jira, Need to know the exact fix implemented - Need the details.
Status updates were shared on - https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/ but detailed info was missing
RCA - Need exact root cause information & also any action plans to prevent future issues.

The community can't provide that information, so you need to submit a request in the Atlassian helpdesk, they can assist you with the RCA info. Normally they are very open about what happened and how they are going to prevent it in the future. But it might be a few weeks before they can disclose the information.
