not able to invite agent user

Hi dear community,
I want to invite user as an agent, but it seems like the "Invite" button isn't active.
Do you have any idea why the "Invite" button doesnot work?
(note: Jira Cloud,Standart Plan 100 agent user limit)

After you entered the e-mail address(es), did you hit "enter"? The addresses should have a gray background, like this:
Additionally you could check if the e-mail address you entered is valid.
