You are using “invite team” Which is used to add a new user so in that case you need to provide the full email address. If you are trying to add an existing Jira user to a project then you’re in the wrong place. Go to the project and the project settings > people or if you’re in TMP project settings > access.

When I'm not writing full email, it is not fetching account..
