In which way is it bound to the browser session from your side? Are you using separators and the conditionals in those separators?

Dear Nikola, thanks a lot for coming back, the story is that when an agent receives a ticket that has form attached, when he uses a new browser session the form is collapsed and it needs to be manually expanded, if the agent keeps on working in that session the forms are shown as expanded right away. If the agent needs to open a new browser session, i.e. after reboot, the forms are shown as collapsed again.
