Lads! 

Need to know how to perform actions (i.e. work item transition) on the issue that is just has been created.

Meaning,  3rd step should regard only to created by automation work item.

Hi @J D 

After the Create Work Item action, add a Branch to the most recently created work item, moving the transition inside that branch.
