Good morning, a colleague is experiencing connection problems with Jira after activating two-factor authentication. Can someone tell me a support email or phone number that I can call for help?

My colleague mistakenly defined the okta application as a second authentication factor and now he cannot access it. When you log in, it redirects you to the Okta page and in this application it tells you that Jira is not configured and therefore does not give you access. We need someone from support to tell us what to do to disable the second factor of authentication
