We have knowledgebase article view used but i don't show icon which is used in

confluence. how can i show this icon. like emoji icon etc...

Hi @Chirag Boghani 

It seems like a permission issue.

Contact you Jira and/or Confluence admin to check the customer permissions on the JSM project and the Confluence permissions on the KB space and the global permission in Confluence based on JSM customer settings
