Hi. I have two questions. First: Can we make bulk import from Zendesk to Jira Product Discovery? and second: Can we migrate data from an existing subscription of Productboard to JPD?

Hello Ana,
I'm Hermance a Product Manager for Jira Product Discovery.
We don't have a specific importer from Zendesk or Productboard at the moment. If these two systems allow you to export your ideas in .csv, then you import these data in Jira Product Discovery, via .csv
You can find this importer when you click on the "Create" top blue button, or under cog > System > Import external data .
