i need to create alert in opsgenie when a ticket is assigned to perticular team

I have integrated operations with slack so when an alert gets created for a particular team that sends a slack notification using the integration , So when a team is assigned in JSM project for that team the alert should trigger in Operations so that it sends an slack notification to the channel of that team. Can any one help me with this requirement.

Operational alerts aren’t intended for this type of use case. This is a workflow-driven, informational event rather than an operational alert that requires on-call engagement.

A better approach would be to use Jira Service Management automation. You can configure a rule that triggers when the Team field changes, checks for the relevant value, and then sends a message to the team’s Slack channel as an action. The automation would be similar to the example shown in the screenshot below.

What is you exact need?

I can't quite get your requirement based on the summary and what you describe.

You have created a Team, add operations to this team and if an alert is created a Slack message is sent to this team, correct?
