i lost my data to access in my pi account

I have contacted the Pi admin, but there is no new feature for my Pi account recovery.

but do you know the problem that occurs here in my cellphone, when I clean the cecha Pi account data in my cellphone settings, then I lose all my data on my Pi account, suddenly I log out automatically. so I have a hard time logging into my piku account because I forgot my password.

but in my cellphone, I always get a "don't forget mining" notification every 24 hours. and why my Pi account also can't be connected by Facebook? What is the problem ?
