how to get webhook notification for any custom fields are created or updated?

Hi, I have requirement where i need to get the webhook notification for any custom filed is created or updated. But I'm unable to find any pre defined events which helps in my case.

can someone guide me to which events i need to use in the above scenarios or can i get Jquery which will help in this case.
