how to get access to hybris

I believe you are referring to SAP Hybris, if so you will need to contact the vendor or your SAP admins for assistance.

What is Hybris? That is not the name of an Atlassian product. This forum is for questions about the Atlassian product named Jira Service Management.

Is Hybris the name of a JSM site, or an artifact within JSM?
