while creating the ticket showing the unassigned request types,so help me on to remove that unassigned tab while creating the ticket in jira portal.
Hi @Abilash
Since you are raising a request from agent's view, then you have to restrict these request types:
Let me know if the above helps.
already the request types are restriction,my context is the request type should not show in the unassigned tab below while creating the jira ticket.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
From the looks of it, your requests are hidden from portal, not from your agents. It's different to raise a request from the portal, and a totally different thing to "create" a request from agent's view. So, add restrictions to your requests type and this will solve your issue :)

@Abilash two things could be possibly happening:
If and when you add restrictions to a request type, the lock will turn red. You have to make sure that you click the add button, when you choose the group:
Doing so, you will get a similar result:
And the specific request type is not visible for me, because I have restricted it to other groups.

And without restriction this is what I get:

Hey Alex, got it through the restriction it will be visible to user or group which we add,but my question is that the request type below unassaigned should not be visible to anyone in org any possibility .

So you can either restrict their creation to group with no member, or simply delete them via project settings.
