how to customize the "finish signing up" mail?

is it possible to customize the "finish signing up to Help Center" mail?

I would like to add a logo etc.

The short answer is no, currently you cannot modify the sign-up email that is sent out.

On top of what Mikael said, here's a feature suggestion for customization of this notification: JSDCLOUD-1637: As an JSM Admin, I want the ability to customize the text, custom fields and link in the Self Sign-up notification
