Welcome to the community. It is not clear on what you are asking? Are you referring to Assets component app for JSM. If so, it is only available for JSM subscription plan of "Preimum" or "Enterprise". It is not available for "Standard" subscription plan.
Lastly what is "Uniting"? It seems you are referring to a third party add-on outside of JSM product, If that is the case, you will need to contact the third party add-on vendor for further support.
