Updating URLs is available for sites that have at least one Jira or Confluence product with a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plan.

To update a product URL:

Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Products > Product URLs.
You will only see this option if you are an organization admin.
From the site where you want to change the URL, select Update URL.
From the Update URL dialog, enter the beginning of the new site URL.
Enter at least 3 characters. You can use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens if they’re in the middle of the name.
Select Continue.
From the Updating product URLs dialog, you’ll see a list of products that are updated with the new URL. Select Update to confirm you want to change the URLs.

It may take up to 5 minutes for the change to take place. You can change a site URL up to 3 times.
