While enabling email channel the issue type is "Service Request". I want to change this issue type from ""Service Request" to "Change Request".
Although I make changes by automation but workflow is not updated means that issue type updated to "change request" but workflow as per "Service Request"

to properly change that configuration, please navigate to your project settings and the entry "Email requests" in the left-hand navigation and follow the picture from there. :)

As per your suggestion if we go to "Configure email request types" there is only 1 option available that is "Email Request" reflected. in real we have multiple Request type like change Request, Problem Request, Incident Request etc.
So please suggest how to avail multiple Request types in selection list.
