how to Create and attach a PDF of the form to the issue in jsm.

i saw solution related to this but in those solution there is a another setting such that goes to form setting and click on Create and attach a PDF of the form to the issue.But now this option is unavailable ,Now what should i do.need your help

The "Save a PDF version of this form each time it's resubmitted" is on the settings screen.

Can you post a screenshot of the "Settings" tab of your form? The setting should be on there.
