Hi @Kishor Mudhili ,

There is no easy/straightforward way to set field level permissions in Jira.

A Workaround tho is the following:

  • Remove the field from the edit screen (this will block any user to change the field)
  • Create a transition with a transition screen containing the approvers field
  • Set the transition to only be performed by the group/users you want (by setting a condition)

This will make it that your admins can perform the transition, they get the transition screen to edit the field. Any other users will not be able to transition the issue and thus be blocked from editing the field.
