I successfully embedded a support widget on my website, is there a way that when a signed in user clicks on the widget, he gets a history of previously opened tickets??

Hello @Christopher klayaani,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The Widget works with a login-free portal and the customer only adds their email address when creating a ticket. After that, to view the ticket, they need to access the customer portal.

Currently, there are no other options for that.

There is a feature request suggesting improvements for that:

Please, click on Vote for this issue and also watch it to receive updates from our product managers.

Kind regards,
Angélica

Hi @Christopher klayaani

As of now, there is no such configuration that checks whether the user is logged in and able to search for tickets. They will only be able to raise the request, search available request types, or KB articles.
