Мне нужно чтобы исполнители группы (команды) № 1, не видели среди своих задач,  задачи группы (команды) № 1.

Или.

Чтобы исполнитель № 1, не видел среди своих задач, задачи исполнителя №2, №3 ... №N..

То есть чтобы исполнитель видел только свои задачи или задачи в котрых он упомянут, является наблюдателем.

Пишу на русском, на английском нормально не опишу проблему.

When it comes to ticket permissions, the option available in Jira (Standard and Premium plans) is the issue security.

When a user has a license and they are added to a project as an agent, they will be able to view and work on all tickets and this is based on the roles and project permissions.

Then, with a security scheme, it’s possible to apply restrictions to each issue.

Note that, since you are using a Free Jira site, the options mentioned on the documentation are not available, so to manage permissions it will be necessary to upgrade the plan to Standard or Premium.
